Freeman Coffee Enterprise is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced General Manager to lead our team.

Responsibilities:
o Implement company strategies, policies, and procedureso Oversee daily operations of the business, including sales, customer service, and employee relationso Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to ensure profitability and cost efficiency including maintaining correct percentage of labor and COGSo Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, employees, and vendorso Act as a leader and mentor, providing guidance and inspiring team members to achieve their besto Support, communicate effectively, and follow guidance of Multi-Store Manager
