Responsibilities:
Corporate Sales:
Develop and execute comprehensive corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
Identify and prospect potential corporate clients, build relationships, and create tailored sales proposals.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing deals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to senior management.
Community Engagement:
Establish and foster relationships with local community organizations, corporations, and other stakeholders.
Develop and implement community engagement initiatives that align with the company's values.
Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities that enhance Fine's brand visibility, presence, reputation, and impact in the community.
Networking and Relationship Building:
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand professional networks and identify potential corporate clients and community partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers in both corporate and community circles.
Collaborate with marketing team members to create targeted campaigns and materials that resonate with both corporate clients and the local community.
Coordinate with the Fine leadership teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and community initiatives.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the parking management sector.
Provide insights and feedback to the management team to enhance service quality and customer experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) Proven track record in corporate sales, business development, or related roles.
Strong understanding of community engagement principles and strategies.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
Leadership experience and the ability to work with others effectively.
