To complete punch lists, repairs, and general maintenance to customer's homes and neighborhoodsSupervision Received:
Works under the direct supervision of the Customer Care Manager.

Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of punch-list items for touchups & repairs to customers' homes Assure all repairs are done correctly & of quality Establish & present repair recommendations to the Customer Care Manager Provide status reports on open service requests Attend weekly construction meetings & communicate progress reports Conduct homeowner orientations & quality inspections Establish a positive rapport with customers, vendors, and Subcontractors Help maintain signs & general neighborhood cleanliness Any other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications for Punch-List Technician:
High school diploma or GED 2
years of work-related experience Valid driver's license Bilingual is a Plus Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:
Strong Maintenance and Repair background Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel Must have working knowledge of Gmail & Google Drive Must be able to confidently use a smartphone & tablet (Apple) Must have professional writing skills Knowledge of basic construction procedures Strong organizational and communication skills Good time management skills Willingness to be a member of a dedicated team Work Environment:
Driving and outside environment.
The noise level is moderate but varies.
Physical Demands:
Required to sit and use their fingers, to handle or feel.
Required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, and to stoop of kneel.
Must be able to carry equipment up to 50 lbs.

Exposure to outdoor work sites; dirt, dust, fumes, heat, cold, noise, odors, wetness, humidity, and darkness.
